I was recently on set for a 4 day catalog photo-shoot. Each day for lunch we were treated to a little nook and cranny called Market Restaurants. Its menu consists of easy breakfast and lunch staples prepared with gourmet ingredients and creativity.
Our main platters, a variety of sandwiches and veggie wraps, were pretty much the same each day. We were however treated to a different salad. Each one was more delectable than the previous. If you happen to be downtown I definitely recommend stopping for a bite. Or you can order to go like I did the next day!
Below are my two favorites of the salads.

Feta-terranean Salad: romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, feta cheese, black olives, pita chips, garbanzo beans, lemon vinaigrette.
So fresh, and delicious. My favorite of these flavors was the combination of the lemon vinaigrette, the pita chip, olive and the feta cheese. Salty, Creamy, and a little crunch topped with the citrus from the lemon.
Albacore Tuna Salad: Baby greens, Albacore tuna, young potatoes egg, green beans, tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette
A complete meal! As you can see this one is loaded full of carbs and starches, you are sure to be full. Large enough for two servings, but of course I ate mine one. Usually when i put my tuna over a salad mix I use olive oil and maybe a little lemon for dressing. Having the tart acidic balsamic vinaigrette was a pleasant surprise.
These are what I'm looking forward to sampling next.
